EXPIRATION DATE
The shelf life of the bonbons may vary depending on the filling used:
- Fruit ganache or caramel: 45-60 days.
- Praline, gianduja: 90 days.
- Nuts, dried fruits, candied fruits: 180 days.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Since we do not use preservatives in our products, the bonbons should not be heated above +20 degrees Celsius. Transportation of the products should be done in a special temperature regime. Additionally, the boxes with bonbons should not be subjected to strong shaking and must not be turned upside down/
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
As of today, there are no sanctions or other prohibitions on international shipments of chocolates from Russia.
INGREDIENTS USED
Chocolate: Cacao Barry (Belgium), Callebaut (Belgium), Carma (Switzerland). Dark, milk, caramel, white, strawberry, lime, orange, with "cappuccino" avor. Fillings: fruit-berry purees Boiron (France), whole/chopped nuts, praline, gianduja, various types of sugars (cane, Muscovado).
WORK STAGES
The mentioned durations are approximate and depend on the volume and complexity of the order.
- Compilation of a brief, wishes for the development of a new collection of chocolates.
- Development of an individual design for the collection (7-14 days). Visual representation of samples of nished products.
- Agreement on the volume and shipping schedule of the batch of chocolates.
- Payment of 100% prepayment for the batch.
- Production of the agreed batch of chocolates (production timelines are specied on an individual basis).
- Shipment of the completed batch of chocolates.
