In my youth, love continued with trips around the world with obligatory visits to all possible confectioneries, chocolate shops and chocolate boutiques. I remember that even then gave preference to the versatility of tastes, their consistent disclosure and remaining aftertaste.And at some point, absolutely by chance, having received basic skills, I managed to realize my childhood dream - to create my favorite chocolate myself.Daily honing my skills, learning new techniques and techniques , mixing, tasting and being in a constant search for new and new flavor combinations, I realized that my love has grown into a passion, without which I now cannot live a day.
