to conclude an agreement under the terms specified below with any person interested in receiving services (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Acceptance of this public offer is defined as performing registration actions on the website
https://vhvroyal.com/ (hereinafter the "Site"), whereby the User explicitly provides their personal data or such data is transmitted automatically from third-party services (Social Networks, Messengers, Telecom Operators, etc.).
Registration actions include:
- Completing a form on the Site indicating personal data (name, phone number, email, etc.);
- Joining the Service’s community on Social Networks (e.g., VKontakte) (including "liking" the page, "subscribing," or accepting an invitation to join);
- Completing a form embedded within a Social Network as part of the Service’s community;
- Sending a message to the Service’s community on a Social Network or commenting on its posts;
- Adding/activating the Service’s automated contact ("bot") in Messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, VK Messenger);
- Sending messages to the Service’s contact (including bots/phone numbers) via Messenger;
- Emailing the Service’s email addresses;
- Calling the Service’s phone numbers;
- Sending SMS to the Service’s phone numbers.
By accepting this public offer, the User confirms that:
- The offer terms are fully understood, with no outstanding questions;
- Under Art. 6(1)(5) of the Russian Federal Law "On Personal Data," personal data processing is permitted for contract performance where the data subject is a party. Acceptance implies consent to such processing;
- The Service may send promotional/informational notifications using the User’s provided or automatically collected contact data via:
- Email;
- SMS;
- Messengers;
- Social Networks;
- Phone calls (including automated).
- Notifications may cover the Service’s offerings and those of its partners (legal entities, sole proprietors, self-employed individuals).
- Unresolved matters shall be governed by Russian law.
Service Agreement (Material Terms)1. Definitions1.1.
Online Course: An audiovisual work designed for online use, comprising multiple Lessons.
1.2.
Service: The website
https://vhvroyal.com and associated technical infrastructure.
1.3.
Lesson: A segment of an Online Course containing information and potentially restricting access to subsequent Lessons.
1.4.
Course Completion: The process of consuming course content to gain knowledge/skills, including completing assignments.
1.5.
Student/User: An individual who accepted this offer to use the Site’s services.
1.6.
Student Account: Personalized user space on the Service.
1.7.
Course Conditions: Requirements/restrictions set by the Service Administrator governing course access and progression.
2. Subject Matter2.1. The Agreement covers provision of access to Online Courses for informational purposes.
3. Service Delivery3.1. Access to Online Courses:
- Granted via the Student Account;
- May be time-limited per Course Conditions;
- The Administrator may modify access periods;
- Courses may include "Stop-Lessons." Failure to complete Stop-Lesson requirements blocks further access until resolved (within the access period).
- 3.2. Access extensions may be granted at the Administrator’s discretion for valid reasons.
4. Fees and Payment4.1. Payment implies the Student’s agreement to course terms and intent to complete the course.
4.2. Payment is made via systems listed on the Service.
4.3. An invoice is generated in the Student Account upon course selection and may be sent via email/other contacts.
4.4. Invoices must be paid within
3 (three) business days unless otherwise specified.
4.5. Late payment results in access denial.
4.6. Partial payments require Administrator approval.
4.7. Additional services are subject to the same terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Liability5.1. Users bear full responsibility for inaccurate registration data.
5.2. Users are liable for uploading copyrighted material (photos, logos, etc.). They must resolve third-party claims and indemnify the Service for related losses.
5.3. Unauthorized copying/distribution of course materials may result in account suspension and legal action.
5.4. Users are responsible for third-party access to their accounts.
6. Service Withdrawal6.1. To withdraw from a paid service, the User must notify the Administrator via Site contacts.
6.2. Refunds exclude:
- Payment system commissions;
- Service’s actual expenses for access provision;
- Costs of partially consumed services.
- 6.3. Withdrawal notice must be submitted ≥5 days before the intended withdrawal date.
- 6.4. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by mutual agreement.
7. Special Conditions7.1. The Service may use Student submissions without restriction.
7.2. Course substitutions require Administrator approval and seat availability.
8. Final Provisions8.1. This Agreement is indefinite.
8.2. Disputes require pre-trial resolution.
8.3. Claims must be emailed to the Service with subject line "Dispute" and will be sent to the User’s registered email.
8.4. Unresolved disputes after 35 days may be submitted to Russian courts at the Administrator’s location.
8.5. The Service is not liable for:
- Telecom/power failures;
- Malware disrupting internet access;
- Unauthorized third-party interference.
- 8.6. The Administrator may amend this Agreement. Users must review the terms weekly.
- 8.7. The Service will notify Users of changes via email, but Users’ proactive review obligation prevails.
- 8.8. Consumer Protection Law does not apply to free courses.
- 8.9. The Service is not liable if search engines index Student-uploaded profile photos.
